The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of electrical systems and components, with the ability to read and interpret schematics. Duties Manage and direct the activities of electricians, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Supervise crews operating specialized equipment. Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports, including project progress, resource allocation, and compliance documentation. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to detect faults in electrical systems. Collaborate with team members to implement solutions for mechanical issues related to electrical systems. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their electrical needs and solutions. Document all activities, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment. Coordinate with senior superintendents, project managers to develop and implement electrical plans and timelines. Qualifications Journeyman License w/ TDLR card 3-5 years electrical experience Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail for detecting issues quickly and accurately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to provide outstanding customer service. Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed. Able to pass a background check. Must have good driving record.
