Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Journeyman Electrician to become a part of our team. In this role, you will be tasked with the installation, upkeep, and repair of electrical systems in different environments. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive compensation and benefits.Responsibilities:
- Set up, maintain, and fix electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial environments
- Analyze and understand blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to plan the layout of electrical systems
- Connect and install electrical wiring, outlets, switches, and fixtures
- Test electrical systems and components to guarantee proper operation
- Identify and resolve electrical problems and carry out necessary repairs
- Work together with team members to finish projects on schedule and within budget
- Follow safety procedures and regulations consistently
Skills:
- Proficient in using logic controllers and power tools
- Thorough understanding of Electrical codes and regulations (NEC)
- Background in building construction and renovation projects
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
- Knowledge of low voltage systems is an advantage
