We work on large-scale commercial new construction and specialty projects — self-storage facilities, government infrastructure, lift stations, and more. We do the work right the first time, and we take care of our people. We are currently expanding and looking for a skilled
  • Journeyman Electrician
  • who can execute commercial electrical work at a high level and take ownership of their scope every day. This is not a babysitting role. You will be paired with an apprentice and expected to lead your pair, hit production, and communicate clearly. If you need someone to hold your hand on a job site, this is not the right fit.
  • ## What You Will Be Doing You will be in the field executing commercial electrical work alongside your apprentice.
Specifically:
  • Install conduit systems (EMT, rigid, PVC) — bending, racking, and running
  • Pull wire and terminate devices, panels, and equipment
  • Read and work from commercial drawing sets — power plans, lighting plans, one-lines, and panel schedules
  • Install panelboards, disconnects, lighting fixtures, and specialty devices
  • Work on 480/277V and 208/120V distribution systems
  • Coordinate with the General Foreman on daily tasks, scope, and production
  • Mentor and direct your apprentice on safe, efficient work practices
  • Complete daily reports and maintain a clean, safe job site

  • Texas Journeyman Electrician License (TDLR)
  • — required, no exceptions
  • Minimum 4 years of commercial electrical field experience
  • Demonstrated experience working from full commercial drawing sets
  • Experience with 480V and 208V systems, conduit bending (EMT, rigid, PVC), and wire pulling
  • Ability to work independently and direct an apprentice without supervision
  • Reliable transportation — you must be able to report to job sites in the Houston/Harris County area on time, every day
  • Clean background — we run checks
