The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial electrical background, leadership experience, and the ability to oversee projects while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Duties Valid (TDLR) Journeyman Electrician License Minimum of 5 years of commercial electrical experience Previous Foreman or Lead Electrician experience required Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, installations, and troubleshooting Ability to manage crews and coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades. Familiarity with NEC codes and local electrical regulations Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Requirements Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial construction projects Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Plan, organize, and oversee daily job site activities Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with electrical codes Coordinate material needs and project schedules Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in the field Maintain quality control and ensure project deadlines are met What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement Steady commercial electrical work Supportive team environment Benefits package available (if applicable) Qualified candidates should submit their resume and proof of current TDLR Journeyman License for consideration.
