We are seeking a dependable, motivated electrician with strong troubleshooting skills and experience handling commercial service calls independently. Position Overview This position focuses primarily on commercial service work, including troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, tenant finish-outs, and small projects. The ideal candidate can work directly with customers, diagnose electrical issues efficiently, and complete jobs safely and professionally. Responsibilities Respond to commercial service calls and troubleshoot electrical issues Perform repairs, installations, and maintenance on commercial electrical systems Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams Install and service panels, lighting, circuits, controls, and related equipment Communicate professionally with customers and team members Maintain accurate service documentation and material lists Follow all NEC codes and safety procedures Qualifications Current Journeyman Electrician license required Minimum eight (8) years of commercial electrical experience (including apprenticeship) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience handling service calls independently Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision Strong work ethic and reliable attendance What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Company vehicle Paid holidays and vacation Overtime opportunities Health benefits available Steady year-round work Supportive small-company environment
