Job Summary We are seeking Industrial Journeyman Electricians responsible for the installation, maintenance, and termination of electrical systems in industrial environments. This role includes installing conduit, cable tray, power and control cable, and performing terminations on equipment such as MCCs, panels, junction boxes, and industrial machinery while ensuring compliance with applicable electrical codes and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Install, bend, and secure conduit (Rigid, EMT, PVC) according to project specifications and NEC requirements
Install and support cable tray systems (ladder, wire basket, and trough)
Pull, route, and secure power, control, and instrumentation cable
Perform cable terminations for:
Motor Control Centers (MCCs)
Switchgear and panels
Junction boxes
Transformers and industrial equipment
Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and one-line diagrams
Install electrical panels, disconnects, lighting systems, and control devices
Work safely around energized systems following lockout/tagout procedures
Conduct basic electrical testing (continuity, insulation resistance, voltage checks)
Troubleshoot and assist with resolving electrical issues during installation
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and other trades Required Qualifications Journeyman Electrician license, NCCER Certification, or equivalent industrial electrical certification.
Experience in petrochemical, manufacturing, or heavy industrial facilities
Minimum 4-6 years of industrial electrical experience
Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and site-specific safety requirements
Proven experience installing conduit, cable tray, and cable systems
Experience terminating motors, panels, MCCs, and junction boxes
Experience with VFDs, PLC wiring, or instrumentation
Ability to interpret schematics accurately and follow detailed instructions precisely Physical and Work Environment Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts
Comfortable working in industrial environments, including outdoors, confined spaces, and elevated areas
Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
