Electrical Apprentice/Journeyman

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Electricians for our existing Seguin facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in bending branch conduits, installing panels, wiring controls and devices. They will have the ability to fill out bills of material requests , quality control implementation of electrical systems, have the ability to look through cut sheets and layout panels, read wiring diagrams out and manage other electrical workers. The Electrical Professional will perform day-to-day installation activities under the Electrical Director , ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation of Mini Power Zone and wiring of all downstream receptacles, switches and controls. Ability to read build sheets. Ability to install buss bars and terminate wires. Installation of strut, EMT, connectors and fittings.

Qualifications:

3+ years' experience in commercial electrical field, required. Journeyman License is NOT required. Mechanical ability to assemble technical product to a build sheet. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to function well in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment. Familiarity with electrical parts and fittings, required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies. Bluebeam & Procore Software a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast paced environment Prolonged periods of standing and walking through production facilities. Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times. Regularly required to be exposed to outdoor elements. Non-climate controlled environment
