Journeyman Level Electrician Job Description Join our team in Austin, TX, where you will work on various construction projects, primarily focusing on new builds. The typical work schedule varies, with most start times at 6 or 7 am, and you will have the opportunity to work 40+ hours a week. Responsibilities Pull, route, and secure electrical wiring through conduit, walls, ceilings, and other structures. Install electrical components such as conduit, junction boxes, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures. Bend, cut, and assemble conduit using hand tools and power tools. Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and work orders under supervision. Support panel terminations, device trim-out, and equipment installations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. Follow all job site safety rules, OSHA standards, and company safety policies. Consistently use proper personal protective equipment (PPE). Essential Skills Proficiency in electrical work, including conduit bending and troubleshooting. Active TDLR license. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Experience in both indoor and outdoor commercial construction environments. Why Work Here?
