Responsibilities include reading blueprints, running and bending conduit, pulling wire, installing panels, lighting, switches, receptacles, and electrical equipment, while ensuring compliance with NEC and safety standards. Must be experienced with commercial new construction, able to use hand and power tools, work from ladders and lifts, and maintain a safe, productive jobsite. Commercial Electrician Details:

Direct Hire position $20.00 to $33.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)

Commercial Journeyman Electrician Key Responsibilities:

Install electrical systems for new commercial construction projects Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings Run conduit (EMT, rigid, PVC), pull wire, and install cable trays Install panels, switchgear, transformers, lighting, receptacles, and controls Perform layout and planning for electrical installations Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment Ensure installations comply with NEC and local building codes Operate lifts, power tools, testing equipment, and jobsite machinery safely Mentor apprentices and less experienced electricians when needed 4+ years of commercial electrical experience preferred Experience with ground-up/new construction commercial projects Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and scaffolding Capable of lifting heavy materials and working in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Commercial Electrician Qualifications:
