Commercial Electrician Position:

Plans wiring and installation of equipment and fixtures such as motors, generators, switches, circuit breakers, and fuse boxes. Inspects wiring and fixtures for conformance to company specifications or local electrical codes. Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders. Disassembles defective electrical equipment, replaces defective or worn parts, and reassembles equipment. Measures, cuts, and bends wire and conduit. Traces out short circuits in wiring. Drills holes for wiring and pulls or pushes wiring through openings. Performs minor repairs such as replacing fuses, light sockets, bulbs, and switches. Assists in lifting, positioning, and fastening objects such as wiring, conduit, and motors. Maintains appropriate tools and equipment and keeps supplies and parts in order on customer sites. Utilize CMMS work order system. Additional duties as assigned. Requirements for the

Commercial Electrician Position:

Possess outstanding customer service skills and can-do attitude. High school diploma or GED, with additional schooling preferred. 5 + years of experience as an electrician; extensive experience in both commercial and residential work a plus. Basic computer knowledge, including CMMS work order systems. Must have the ability to complete required safety classes. Must be able to pass background check and drug test. Personal hand tools. Current Electrical License. Valid Driver's License. Controls experience.
