They care about the details long after everyone else has moved on. They are the people who quietly carry a team. They are exactly who we are looking for. Who We Are Inverse Electric was founded on a simple principle: be the inverse of the competition. Not through marketing slogans, but through execution. We show up when we say we will. You will be trusted to run a company van, lead jobs, communicate with customers and builders, order materials, manage your time, solve problems in the field, and help ensure each project is completed the right way. You will not be micromanaged. You will be expected to take responsibility for the outcome. This is an opportunity for the right electrician to help build something meaningful alongside a growing team—not simply clock in, complete a task list, and go home. Why Top Electricians Choose Smaller Companies The right electrician does not want to be employee number 147. They want their ideas heard. They want direct access to leadership. Communicate professionally with customers, builders, suppliers, and coworkers. Take ownership when things go wrong instead of making excuses. Order materials thoughtfully and keep jobs prepared. Care about efficiency without sacrificing quality. Enjoy solving problems and making decisions in the field. Keep a clean van, clean jobsite, and organized work area. Want to grow with a company and help build something bigger than yourself. Want to work with other high-performing professionals. Core Responsibilities Drive and maintain a company vehicle. Represent Inverse Electric professionally with every client, builder, inspector, and trade partner. What You Will Not Find Here You will not find low standards. You will not find corner-cutting. You will not find a culture where excuses are accepted. You will not find leadership that disappears when a job gets difficult. We hire carefully because culture matters. We would rather leave a position unfilled than lower the standard. What You Will Gain Competitive compensation based on experience, value, and performance. Profit-sharing opportunities tied to successful jobs. Company provided Sprinter Van. Health reimbursement benefits. Leadership and advancement opportunities. A team committed to professionalism and craftsmanship. The opportunity to help build one of Utah's most respected electrical contractors.
