Job Overview ES Solar is seeking a skilled Commercial Electrician to join our growing commercial construction team. This position will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems related to commercial solar and electrical construction projects. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and experienced working on commercial job sites. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on commercial construction and solar projects. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and construction plans. Install conduit, wiring, panels, disconnects, and other electrical components. Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards. Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs. Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and other team members to complete projects efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements. Experience Apprentice or Journeyman Electrician License required. Previous commercial electrical experience required. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications. Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety procedures. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
