Flexible with pay that will be determined by experience. We work primarily on new builds, custom homes, remodels and additions. Most work is performed in the Salt Lake Valley , Park City and surrounding areas. Plenty of room for growth and opportunities as your ambition and ethic will take you as far you want to go. Health Insurance, tuition reimbursement, PTO accrual, paid holidays, and performance/ career path planning all offered after introductory period of 60 days. Position Responsibilities - Work with a team of apprentices and manage projects to ensure timely job completion. Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations to maintain a secure working environment. Diagnosing and fixing problems in wiring or electrical components. Ability and experience running a team and providing leadership to apprentices. Self starting mentality and not requiring micromanagement. Position Qualifications - Residential Journeyman/ Journeyman's license U.S Citizen Ability to work collectively as a team and Independently Problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and grow Reliable transportation Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding Valid Drivers license Power Tools and hand tools
