About You:

2+ years of experience in residential electrical work Licensed electrician with strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards Skilled in electrical installations, retrofits, troubleshooting, and repairs Excellent communication skills - able to explain issues clearly and professionally Dependable, drug‑free, and able to maintain a clean driving record Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanship Able to manage multiple jobs efficiently while delivering great customer service Coachable, positive, and eager to grow within a supportive team environment Equipped with the tools and technical skills needed for residential electrical work

Key Responsibilities:

Perform electrical installations, upgrades, and retrofits in residential homes Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety standards Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues with accuracy and care Provide reliable solutions and communicate clearly with customers Manage multiple service calls while maintaining professionalism and efficiency Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used Operate a company vehicle safely and uphold Action Plumbing's safety standards Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain a clean, organized work environment and uphold company values BONUS if you have experience with: Older home retrofits Smart home installations Light commercial electrical work Customer‑facing service roles
