In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across a variety of commercial, industrial, and renovation projects. Your expertise will ensure that all electrical work complies with safety standards, including the National Electrical Code (NEC), and meets project specifications. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic professional eager to apply their electrical knowledge in diverse environments while contributing to high-quality project outcomes. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems using hand tools, power tools, schematics, and blueprints across construction sites and renovation projects Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to accurately execute wiring and system layouts Work with low voltage and high voltage systems, ensuring proper connections and safety protocols are followed Use testing equipment such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues effectively Collaborate with construction teams, frame carpenters, and other trades to coordinate project timelines and ensure seamless integration of electrical work Maintain compliance with NEC standards and safety regulations throughout all tasks Conduct routine inspections of electrical installations to ensure ongoing safety and functionality Requirements Valid Journeyman Electrician license or certification demonstrating completion of required apprenticeship hours Proven experience as an industrial electrician or commercial electrician on construction sites or renovation projects Strong knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and low/high voltage systems Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing devices Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics accurately Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety standards and NEC compliance Familiarity with renovation projects requiring adaptable electrical solutions Handyman skills including frame carpentry or general construction experience are a plus Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting electrical issues Join us in delivering top-tier electrical solutions that power our clients' success!
