Job Description
General Superintendent | Commercial Electrical | Northern Virginia | Competitive Pay + Full Benefits Direct Electric USA is a commercial and industrial electrical contractor with consistent work across Northern Virginia and the Metro DC area. We're looking for a General Superintendent with a strong commercial electrical background to oversee field operations and help us build on what we've already established. The Work You'll oversee multiple commercial electrical projects across Northern Virginia. Managing crews, coordinating with PMs and GCs, holding the field to a high standard, and making sure work moves on schedule. What You Bring 5+ years commercial electrical experience in the field Proven track record managing multiple crews on commercial jobsites Strong command of electrical drawings, specs, and project sequencing Effective communication with owners, GCs, and your team Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check What You Get Competitive pay commensurate with experience Company vehicle Health, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, coverage starts the first of the month after your start date Short and long-term disability, AFLAC, and FSA 401(k) with company match Two weeks PTO, 4 sick days, and 9 paid holidays Cell phone reimbursement Referral bonus Monday through Friday, home every night.
