Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled electrician to join our team specializing in residential new construction and existing site service work. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys the technical challenge of pump systems and controls without the hazards of confined-space entry. This is a clean, above ground electrical role. The ideal candidate will entirely focus on external wiring, connections, and control systems. Key Responsibilities Supervise and perform electrical connections for well and septic system components for new homes, including pumps, alarms, float switches, and control panels. Diagnosing and repairing electrical issues on existing septic system components (e.g., pumps, wiring, alarms, and controls) Program and troubleshoot simple logic-controlled electrical panels for septic systems. Ability to work independently or lead small crews on-site. Qualifications & Requirements At least 5 years of demonstrated experience as an electrician, preferably with exposure to pump systems, controls, or similar low-voltage work. (110V - 230V single and some three phase) work. Valid VA Apprentice or Journeyman license Electrician Master's license is not required but strongly preferred. Must be a strong candidate eligible to pursue and obtain a Master's license within 12-18 months. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to work independently or lead small crews.
