Box seats to the Washington Capitals and Jiffy Lube Live Team events and company outings Year-round work and stability Over 30% of our employees have been with us for 10+ years What You'll Do as a My Plumber Plus Electrician Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems Install and replace electrical panels, circuit breakers, and service upgrades Perform full and partial home rewires Install surge protection systems Install indoor and outdoor lighting systems, including recessed, security, and landscape lighting Install and replace switches, outlets, dimmers, GFCI, and AFCI devices Install and service standby generators, including Generac systems Install and configure automatic transfer switches (ATS) Perform electrical load calculations and service upgrades Conduct generator start-ups, testing, and troubleshooting Install EV chargers for residential customers Install washer and dryer electrical hookups Install and replace ceiling fans Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call Complete service documentation accurately and professionally Maintain a safe and organized work environment What We're Looking For 4+ years of residential electrical experience Willingness to work in a performance-based compensation environment Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Preferred Qualifications Generac generator experience Experience with the Nexstar Service System Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service software Ready for What's Next?
