Direct Hire Overview We are hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician to support operations in a heavy manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and production equipment. Candidates should have a strong background in industrial electrical work, including motors, controls, and PLC systems. Compensation & Benefits Benefits begin on your first day of employment and include: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Prescription drug plan Flexible Spending Accounts (health and dependent care) 401(k) with company match up to 6% Life and accidental death insurance Weekly production bonuses and shift premiums Employee Assistance Program and health advocacy services Tuition reimbursement Structured career development and training programs What You'll Be Doing Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical and electronic systems across facility equipment Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections to ensure reliable operation Troubleshoot and service AC/DC motors, PLC-controlled systems, drives, and electrical controls Maintain and repair systems supporting machinery, cranes, and mobile equipment Work with components tied to hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and motors Install and maintain automated and electronically controlled systems, including panels and distribution setups Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings Balance electrical loads and assist in wiring complex circuits Use diagnostic tools such as voltmeters and other testing devices Document maintenance activities and repairs accurately Provide support to production and maintenance teams when needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred (not required) Must pass an electrical aptitude/entrance exam 3-5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance Working knowledge of shop math, measurement tools, and technical diagramsTechnical Knowledge Should Include:
AC/DC motor operation and troubleshooting PLC systems and electrical controls Variable frequency drives and related componentsNFPA 70E
