• EV Charging Solutions is hiring a motivated Journeyman electrician licensed in Virginia / Maryland ready to work on and manage both commercial and residential projects.

Effortless Electric is not a general electrical contractor. Our projects are specialized level 2 and level 3 EV station installations, along with the electrical infrastructure to power them. We are searching for the right candidate, interested in the focus area of our company, ready to learn and grow in the EV charging market. Specific Responsibilities:

• Maintains a clean and safe work environment and reports any unsafe working conditions or equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical distribution and electrical vehicle charging system equipment
• Determine condition of electrical equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine needed repairs
• Work in both residential and commercial electrical distribution equipment.
• Identify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects
• Evaluate customer requests and provide work order descriptions
• Follow established processes and procedures

Job Requirements:

• Journeyman Electrician license, Virginia / Maryland
• Be located near our office in Sterling, VA
• Clean driving record
• Clean background check
• Physically able to lift heavy objects and dig with hand tools when necessary
• Knowledge of of standard residential and commercial electrical distribution systems
• Proficiency to navigate technology, including but not limited to EV charger setup procedures, digital job scheduling programs and estimating programs
• Professional attitude
• Ambitious
• Team player who can also work independently
• Ability to manage day to day operations on projects Healthcare program available. We are actively interviewing for this position
