Job Description
Your quick guide to the role Join our Temperanceville, VA team and help keep our operation running safely and reliably. This is a hands-on maintenance role with real impact on uptime, quality, and safety. Role highlights Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and facility systems. Diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines and implement fixes. Complete inspections to verify proper function and safety compliance. Accurately record work performed, parts used, and results. Respond quickly to service calls and emergencies to reduce downtime. Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and maintenance efficiency. Always adhere to safety procedures and regulations. Other duties as assigned by your supervisor. Minimum qualifications 6+ months of maintenance experience documented in your application or resume. 18 years of age or older with valid identification. Ability to read and understand work instructions. Comfortable using basic hand tools. Baseline skills in welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and plumbing. Physical capability to lift 50 lbs; climb stairs (up to 120 ft) and ladders (up to 60 ft); stand for long periods; and work in hot, cold, and inclement weather.
