You'll be responsible for the installation of electrical systems and equipment — keeping operations running safely and efficiently while staying fully compliant with local, state, and national codes. What You'll Do Install new and modified electrical systems per NEC and local code requirements Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and project specifications Plan installations to minimize waste, allow for future maintenance, and eliminate hazardous wiring Diagnose and repair electrical systems; may include some mechanical work on HVAC/refrigeration equipment Maintain a clean, organized Electrical Shop and overall facility Follow all OSHA, Haz-Com, Lockout/Tagout, and Confined Space safety policies What You Bring High school diploma, GED, or vocational/technical training 2-10 years of commercial electrical experience Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet for an 8+ hour shift Comfortable working on ladders and in confined spaces Experience with both high-voltage and low-voltage systems
