If you have Allen Bradley PLC and at least 3 years of electrical experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting, Vermont Cider Company wants to hear from you! Why Industrial Electricians join the Vermont Cider Company team: Competitive pay: Earn up to $83,000 a year depending on experience, plus applicable shift differentials, paid hourly at $35-$40/hr. You will also receive an end-of-year bonus based on company performance and the opportunity for raises and pay adjustments! Vermont Cider Company:

Complete work orders and provide maintenance/electrical support. Troubleshoot and maintain PLC and VFD controlled high-speed production equipment and batch processes. Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment, using precision measurement tools. Interpret schematics and equipment manuals. Adhere to plant safety and 5S requirements; Complete assigned work efficiently and per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). Analyze process data and make decisions on equipment maintenance and improvement activities. Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) to increase equipment reliability and up time. Utilize Guide TI to accurately and thoroughly document and track all corrective and preventive maintenance performed throughout the course of the day; including sourcing and issuing parts, documenting equipment issues and entering inspection/measurement points. Prioritize and self-schedule maintenance work around production activities to achieve both production and maintenance KPI's. Follow all safety guidelines to ensure safe work practices are used at all times and to ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times.
