Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Electrician Helper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assistance with installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various settings, including residential and/or commercial, industrial, and construction sites. Your expertise, motivation and willingness to learn will ensure the safety, efficiency, and reliability of electrical infrastructure while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations. Duties Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, panels, and systems in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to accurately execute installations and repairs Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete electrical tasks on construction sites or renovation projects Test electrical systems using instruments such as ohmmeters to diagnose issues and verify proper operation Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards for all installations and repairs Collaborate with other trades teams during renovation or construction projects Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and safety inspections Requirements Previous experience as an electrician Helper in residential and/or commercial, or construction environments with a some understanding of electrical systems Hands-on experience with high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) electrical systems Familiarity with NEC guidelines and safety protocols for electrical work Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers), power tools (e.g., drills) Experience working on construction sites or renovation projects is a plus, with a focus on safety and efficiency Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and project managers Washington State Trainee License Join us if you're passionate about delivering high-quality electrical solutions that power progress!
