Job Title:

Commercial Electrician Job Description We are seeking a 2nd Shift Commercial Construction Electrician. Hours will be 2:00p-10:00p. Key Responsibilities Electrical Installation & Construction Install conduit, wiring, panels, switchgear, lighting systems, and electrical devices according to project plans. Bend and install EMT, RMC, PVC, and other conduit types using hand and power tools. Pull, terminate, and label wires for power, lighting, controls, and low‑voltage systems. Set, mount, and wire electrical panels, transformers, disconnects, and distribution equipment. Install temporary power systems for construction sites. Blueprints, Codes & Documentation Read and interpret blueprints, one‑lines, riser diagrams, and specifications. Ensure all work complies with NEC, state/local electrical codes, and jobsite safety requirements. Document work performed and update redlines or as‑built drawings as needed. Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical construction. Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes. Proficiency with conduit bending, wiring methods, and electrical installation techniques. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents. Experience with power distribution, lighting systems, and low‑voltage installations. Skilled in using multimeters, testers, benders, drills, and other electrical tools. Valid driver's license; ability to travel to job sites as required. State electrical license or apprenticeship completion preferred (requirements vary by state). Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Appleton, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
