Job Description

Job Title Residential Electrician Apprentice We are seeking a motivated and dependable Residential Electrician Apprentice with hands-on residential experience to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an apprentice who is confident working on residential electrical systems, eager to continue learning, and committed to producing high-quality work. You will work under the supervision of licensed electricians while independently handling many standard residential tasks. Responsibilities Assist with and perform residential electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades Rough-in and trim-out wiring for new construction and remodels Install outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, and panels Troubleshoot residential electrical issues and perform repairs Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and safety standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Properly use and maintain tools, equipment, and materials Requirements Enrolled in or eligible for a state-approved electrical apprenticeship program (preferred) Solid understanding of residential wiring methods and electrical systems Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and ladders Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Opportunities for advancement and continued training Support toward licensure and career growth Steady year-round work Benefits 100% company paid employee health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 100% company paid life insurance Short and long-term disability insurance 100% company paid identity protection plan up to 4% 401K / safe harbor match Paid holidays Paid time off.
