Description We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to support maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for diagnosing electrical issues, maintaining plant equipment, and ensuring safe and efficient facility operations. Key Responsibilities Interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings to troubleshoot equipment issues Disconnect, replace, and reconnect electric motors ranging from fractional HP to 50 HP Install conduit and assist with equipment installations using ladders and lift platforms as needed Modify and improve machinery and electrical systems Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems Perform preventive maintenance and facility maintenance tasks Follow all electrical safety procedures and hazardous duty protocols Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience Strong understanding of electrical safety practices including lockout/tagout procedures Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) Ability to work in confined spaces, overhead areas, and beneath machinery High attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Ability to pass an Electrician skills assessment Preferred Qualifications Completion of a State Indentured Journeyman Electrician Apprenticeship with active certification is preferred Ability to work with advanced technical drawings, specifications, and shop mathematics

Pay:

$35.50 - $42.75 per hour
