Job description: We are currently seeking an experienced Journeyman OR Master Electrician as our company continues to grow. Those with prior experience in the electrical field, either residential or commercial, are encouraged to apply. We are seeking candidates with at least 4 or more years' experience in electrical wiring field. Although we would prefer those who currently hold an electrical license, we will assist those individuals who are not currently licensed. In this position, you will be working with a team of electricians on various projects as assigned, including large scale commercial buildings to small scale residential properties. As one of our electricians, you will be in the front line delivering quality service to our customers. This is a full-time position, Mon-Fri, with overtime to complete projects as needed.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Assist with troubleshooting of electrical components
• Install conduit, alarm systems, light fixtures and lighting controls, panels, transformers, and receptacles
• Interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams in relation to the jobsite
• Install motor connections and motor feeders
• Regular maintenance of tools, vehicles, and other equipment as necessary
• Take inventory, stock, and organize company-owned tools and equipment
• Enforce on-the-job safety procedure compliance according to company, OSHA, and customer standards
• Practice high standard of care and professionalism in regard to customer relations

General Requirements:

• Ability to work well under the supervision of a Master or Journeyman Electrician
• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, wiring diagrams, and cutsheets
• Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment
• Working knowledge of job site safety
• High standards of integrity and professionalism
