This is a critical leadership role focusing on advanced diagnostics, equipment reliability, and team guidance. This is a Direct Hire position!
Work Schedule:

Employee Bonus Program Responsibilities:
Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems. Lead Root Cause Analysis for equipment failures and implement long-term corrective actions. Develop and execute Preventative Maintenance schedules for critical assets. Utilize predictive tools to identify and prevent potential equipment failures. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, providing technical guidance and training to other Maintenance Technicians. Collaborate with engineering and operations to recommend equipment upgrades and drive continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
Two-year technical degree in Industrial Automation or Maintenance OR equivalent training and experience. Proficiency in PLCs, motor controls, HVAC, VFDs, hydraulics, and mechanical systems. Strong experience with machine HMI applications (settings, error logs, calibration, etc.). Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and a high electrical/mechanical aptitude. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLCs is a plus. Experience with CMMS (Limble), including writing PMs. CMRT License, OSHA 30, or
NFPA 70E
