Job Description

Monad is an electrical and insulation contractor working industrial, Oil & Gas, and commercial construction sites in Wyoming and Colorado. We're hiring an Electrical Field Superintendent to lead field crews, manage project execution, and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
Lead working foremen and field crews across active projects Attend bid walks and assist with material take-offs and purchasing Manage fleet equipment and coordinate maintenance Conduct QA/QC evaluations Maintain project schedules and communicate progress to the PM Coordinate material deliveries to keep work on track Interface directly with customers on site Facilitate tailgate and monthly safety meetings What you bring: Journeyman electrical license 3+ years as a foreman or superintendent 8+ years total trade experience Oil & Gas sector experience required Experience with QA/QC, bid walks, and project lookaheads Microsoft Office proficiency
