Journeyman Electrician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in residential, commercial, or industrial electrical systems and a commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and components Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics Ensure all work complies with NEC, local, and state electrical codes Perform inspections and testing to identify issues and verify proper operation Install wiring, conduit, panels, breakers, switches, outlets, and fixtures Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other team members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Accurately document work performed and materials used Qualifications Valid Journeyman Electrician license Minimum 5 years of professional electrical experience Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments Preferred Skills (Not Required) Experience with commercial or industrial projects Ability to lead apprentices or small crews Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan / 401(k) Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement and continuing education

Pay:

$30.00 - $38.00 per hour
