• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in commercial and industrial settings
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems
• Install electrical components, such as transformers, circuit breakers, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures
• Test electrical systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction projects to ensure proper coordination of electrical work
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while performing electrical work Experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Journeyperson Electrician
• Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for electrical work
• Experience in frame carpentry and renovating electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
• Knowledge of industrial electrician practices and procedures
• Familiarity with reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Ability to work with high voltage systems safely
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve electrical issues
