• Korn Ferry Military Division has partnered with our client on their search for a Industrial Electrician for their Laramie WY manufacturing plant.

This is a new facility, currently under construction Candidate

MUST HAVE

3-5+ Experience years in heavy industrial electrical environments.

Compensation:

$40.00/hr +

What You Will Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems across plant operations
• Maintain motors, generators, breakers, starters, and power distribution systems
• Diagnose issues using meters, meggers, and diagnostic tools
• Support PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley environment)
• Perform preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability
• Install and support new electrical systems tied to plant expansion
• Work cross-functionally with mechanical teams on repairs
• Lockout/tagout and isolate systems for safe maintenance execution
• Conduct safety inspections in accordance with MSHA regulations

Education and Work Experience:

• At least 4 years U.S. Military experience (Electrical background)
• 3-5+ years in heavy industrial electrical environments (mining, manufacturing, cement, steel, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting across: o 3-phase power systems o Motors, drives, starters o Power distribution
• Experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and prints
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Welding/cutting torch experience is a plus
