Job Description Consider joining an agency that cares about their team and clients! We're searching for an individual with experience in the insurance industry to join our team as a licensed Insurance Account Manager. You will be responsible for managing clients to ensure their insurance needs are met. Your ability to build trust and rapport will be necessary as you work closely with your clients to understand their insurance needs to recommend the best coverage options.
Salary:
$40,000.00
  • $55,000.
00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary Based on Experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Retirement Plan 401(k) Matching Health Insurance Plans Evenings Off Mon-Fri Schedule On-the-job Training Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities Manage day to day account transactions including additions/deletions of vehicles, property acquisitions, exposure changes, contract reviews, coverage reviews and program recommendations with our clients and prospects. Provide clear answers to clients on any coverage or billing questions including information on rate fluctuations or policy changes. Consult with clients to help process quotes and issue renewals or any updates needed to current policies. Market new business and account renewals obtaining competitive coverage/cost ratios for the clients. Submission of renewal business to various markets and maintaining a productive relationship with multiple insurance company underwriters and staff. Working with team members to execute all renewals in a timely manner. Generation of accurate renewal submission proposals. Requirements Currently possess an active Property & Casualty insurance license. Proven independent insurance knowledge with 2-5 years of experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
