In this role, you will leverage your expertise in construction estimating and project management to deliver accurate cost projections, manage client relationships, and oversee project timelines. Your energetic approach will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse construction projects, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and contribute to the growth of our organization. Responsibilities Prepare detailed construction estimates using industry-standard tools such as Xactimate, ensuring accuracy in pricing and cost control. Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to develop comprehensive bid proposals that reflect project scope and client requirements. Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure favorable terms while maintaining strong professional relationships. Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion of construction projects. Monitor project costs continuously, identify potential overruns early, and implement corrective measures to stay within budget. Coordinate on-site activities with construction management teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality expectations. Manage contract administration, including review of contractual obligations, change orders, and documentation compliance. Lead project meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to communicate progress updates and resolve issues promptly. Experience Proven experience in construction estimating combined with project management responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Strong proficiency with Xactimate or similar estimating software is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability in negotiation with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to achieve optimal pricing solutions. Solid understanding of construction site operations, safety protocols, and construction management practices. Familiarity with contracts, change order processes, and cost control strategies within the construction industry. Hands-on construction site experience that provides insight into practical project execution and challenges faced on-site. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and foster collaborative relationships across all project stakeholders.
