Job Description:
Fit Recruiting is partnering with a leading commercial construction firm to hire an Estimator to support a high-performing preconstruction team. Salary ranges from $70K to $95K, depending on experience, with company growth, perks, and benefits.
Responsibilities:
Build accurate estimates from schematic through construction docs Perform takeoffs and analyze subcontractor/vendor pricing Review plans/specs and identify risks + opportunities Collaborate with project teams and attend pre-bid/site meetings
Requirements:
2-4+ years of estimating/preconstruction experience Construction-related degree or equivalent experience Strong attention to detail + ability to manage deadlines Experience with OST, Bluebeam, Timberline, or similar
