Starting at $45,000 per year, based on experience 4G Paving is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our team. This position will support both our masonry company and our hardscapes division, helping price and package projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing takeoffs, preparing quotes, and assembling bid packages for a variety of masonry and hardscape projects. Experience or knowledge in masonry is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Perform quantity takeoffs from plans and specifications Prepare accurate project estimates and quotes Package proposals and bid documents for submission Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for pricing Assist with project handoff to operations after award Maintain organized records of estimates, bids, and project documents Work closely with management to ensure competitive and accurate pricing Qualifications Experience in construction estimating preferred Knowledge of masonry strongly preferred Experience with hardscapes, paving, or sitework is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to read blueprints and construction documents Good communication and time-management skills Proficiency in estimating software, Excel, and general computer skills preferred Benefits Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule 10-hour shift

Monday-Friday Pay:

$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
