Restoration Estimator / Project Manager

Spartan Water Restoration is a growing Arizona-based restoration and reconstruction company specializing in water damage mitigation, mold remediation, reconstruction, asbestos-related projects, and emergency property services. We are seeking an experienced Restoration Estimator / Project Manager to assist with active project management, estimating, customer communication, and insurance claim support. Applicant needs to have experience in water damage mitigation, mold remediation, reconstruction, asbestos-related projects, and emergency property services. Not just for estimating but for directing crews on what work is needed and if needed to tell them how to do the work. This position is being added to strengthen operations and support continued company growth. Responsibilities Estimating Create Xactimate estimates for mitigation and reconstruction Prepare supplements and revisions Review carrier and TPA estimates Assist with scope development Project Management Manage active mitigation and reconstruction projects Coordinate subcontractors and vendors Schedule work activities Monitor project progress Assist with quality control Customer Relations Communicate with homeowners Provide project updates Assist with selections and scheduling Maintain professional customer experience Insurance & TPA Coordination Communicate with adjusters and file handlers Submit documentation Support supplement negotiations Maintain carrier compliance Administrative Responsibilities Update CRM and project records Maintain job notes and documentation Assist with file organization Follow company SOPs Qualifications Required Minimum 3 years restoration industry experience Xactimate experience Water mitigation knowledge Reconstruction project management experience Strong communication skills Strong organizational skills Professional appearance and demeanor Preferred WRT Certification ASD Certification AMRT Certification Mold remediation experience TPA experience HighLevel CRM experience Bilingual English/Spanish Success in This Role Accurate estimating Effective project management Excellent customer communication Organized documentation Successful supplement support Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
