The Role:

We are a growing, medium-sized Excavating and Paving company looking for a sharp, tech-forward Assistant Estimator. This isn't just a data entry role; we want someone with a Civil Engineering background who is excited about using AI and modern tools to revolutionize how we bid and build.

What You'll Do:

Perform precise digital takeoffs using Bluebeam and AutoCAD. Utilize AI tools to streamline estimating workflows and data analysis. Collaborate with the lead estimator on large-scale site development projects.

What We're Looking For:

Educational or field background in Civil Engineering. Expert-level comfort with computers; you should be the person others go to for tech help.
