Estimator Northwest Floor and Wall Company is a subcontracting company founded in 1966 and specializes in Commercial wall covering. Northwest Floor and Wall performs work in five states and in several different industries including healthcare, hospitality, fast food, casinos, stadiums, hotels and much more. Since inception Northwest Floor and Wall has been family owned and operated and has a long standing history of creating opportunity for its employees and rewarding its employees for their dedication not only to the company but to themselves. We have grown consistently and are looking to add to our Estimating team. The skills needed are as follows: Experience Estimating and Producing Take-Offs to maximize opportunity and conversion rates Knowledge of Bluebeam Revu Software Strong knowledge of all project related documents (plans, specs, addenda's etc.) Able to review and take action on project updates (ASI's, RFI's, Deltas, etc.) Strong mathematical skills Experience managing commercial projects with an ability to communicate with General Contractors Willingness to attend pre-bid/construction meetings and obtain information required to provide and accurate proposal for the scope being bid Willingness to actively participate in strategic internal meetings to create future opportunity Benefits include: Health Care, Paid Holidays, Sick time, Vacation time and
