About Us Beach Building Specialties is a leading Division 10 supplier and installer serving commercial construction projects across Arizona. We partner with general contractors and building owners to deliver high-quality specialty building products—done right the first time. We complete 400+ projects per year across offices, hospitals, schools, warehouses, and more. Our team is known for quoting to spec, moving quickly, communicating clearly, and delivering clean installs with zero punch list. We're growing—and looking for a sharp, driven Estimator to join our team. The Role As an Estimator, you will be responsible for reviewing plans, preparing accurate bids, and helping us win profitable work. This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail, speed, and ownership matter. You'll work closely with our sales and project teams to ensure we're quoting the right scopes, the right way, every time. Key Responsibilities Review construction drawings, specs, and bid documents Perform takeoffs and prepare detailed, accurate estimates Quote multiple Division 10 scopes (partitions, accessories, fire protection, etc.) Manage multiple bids at once in a deadline-driven environment Communicate with vendors and suppliers for pricing Ensure all quotes are aligned with project specifications Submit bids on time and track results Support handoff to project management after award What We're Looking For 2+ years of construction estimating experience (Division 10 strongly preferred) Ability to read and interpret commercial construction plans Experience with Bluebeam Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Able to manage multiple deadlines without sacrificing accuracy Self-starter with a strong work ethic and accountability Team player with clear communication skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance-based bonus opportunities Health insurance (Beach covers ~80% of employee premium) 401(k) Paid time off + holidays Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company Why Beach? $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
