job summary: Join a premier national builder in Phoenix where the preconstruction team thoroughly plans, budgets, and scopes every complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system to ensure flawless project execution. As an MEP Estimator, you will drive the strategic bridge between accurate conceptual budgeting, complex systems scoping, and field constructability. Requires at least four years of MEP estimating experience across public, private, or federal projectsLeads comprehensive quantity take-offs and collaborates with the preconstruction team to formulate detailed project pricing, risk scoping, and preliminary construction schedules.
Directs the initial project discovery phase by visiting jobsites and attending pre-bid meetings to thoroughly evaluate site conditions and general requirement constraints.
