Commercial Plumbing Estimator Requirements:
5+ years of Estimating and/or Construction Estimating Experience required Experience in the plumbing industry required Experience estimating industrial warehouse/commercial retail/office space required Strong verbal and written communication skills with customer-facing experience required Bluebeam software experience preferred

Commercial Plumbing Estimator Responsibilities:
Primarily focused on preconstruction for commercial plumbing projects Working with limited design information to develop quotes, review and redline others' work, and manage their own projects while providing a final quality check Will work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met and budgets are maintained Responsibilities include estimating labor, materials, and time, coordinating with subcontractors, distributing drawings, and occasionally assisting with material orders Frequent customer and subcontractor interaction Forecasts project costs by evaluating project requirements and specifications and determining the appropriate materials, labor, equipment, and contractors Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
