This role focuses on insurance-based claims , and all estimates must be prepared and managed through Xactimate . The ideal candidate understands both the technical scope of restoration work and how to successfully negotiate with insurance carriers.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate estimates for water mitigation and reconstruction projects using Xactimate Review insurance scopes, identify missing items, and submit supplements Negotiate approvals directly with insurance adjusters Conduct site inspections and document damages Coordinate with project managers and field teams to ensure scope accuracy Maintain organized claim files and documentation Communicate professionally with homeowners and insurance representatives

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Xactimate (required) Solid understanding of water mitigation and reconstruction processes Experience handling insurance-based restoration claims Ability to identify under-scoped or under-priced estimates Strong negotiation and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple claims

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
