Corona, CA Job Details Full-time $18 - $30 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits On-the-job training Qualifications Computer operation Multitasking Attention to detail Construction industry experience Organizational skills Full Job Description Construction Estimating Classic Customs Inc. - Corona, CA Classic Customs Inc. is looking for a motivated individual to assist with construction estimating, bid organization, and takeoffs. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to enter the construction estimating field, as well as someone with previous estimating experience who wants a flexible role with room to grow. Responsibilities include reviewing plans, organizing bid invitations, creating project folders, performing quantity takeoffs using construction drawings, assisting with material and labor calculations, and helping prepare proposals for clients. Construction experience is strongly recomended but not required. We are willing to train the right person. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with computers, able to read plans (or willing to learn), and has strong attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Basic computer skills Strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Construction experience preferred but not required Experience with takeoff software is a plus but not required
