This role involves evaluating customer needs, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, contractors, builders, and property managers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for commercial HVAC installations, replacements, retrofits, and maintenance agreements. Meet with clients to assess heating, ventilation, and air conditioning needs for commercial facilities. Prepare and present proposals, estimates, bids, and sales contracts. Review project specifications, blueprints, and bid documents to determine project requirements. Recommend HVAC systems and solutions based on customer needs, building requirements, and budget. Coordinate with estimating, operations, and installation teams to ensure project accuracy and customer satisfaction. Conduct site visits and job walk to gather project information. Follow up on bids and proposals to secure contracts and close sales. Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and pipeline activity in CRM systems. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals. Stay current on HVAC products, pricing, industry trends, and competitor activity. Attend meetings, trainings, and networking events to promote company services. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business, sales, or HVAC-related field preferred. Previous commercial HVAC sales experience preferred. Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and terminology. Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications. Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Physical Requirements Ability to travel to job sites and client meetings. Ability to walk job sites and perform site inspections. Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Work Environment Combination of office work, field visits, and customer meetings. Frequent travel to project sites within the assigned territory. May require occasional evening meetings depending on project demands. Compensation Base salary plus commission or incentive plan (if applicable).
