Costa Mesa, CA | Southern California Projects Are you a competitive, relationship-driven construction professional looking for an opportunity with real upside? Radan Construction Inc. is searching for a motivated Flooring Estimator / Project Manager to help grow our rapidly expanding commercial finish construction division throughout Southern California. We're not looking for someone who simply wants a job — we're looking for someone who wants to build relationships, win projects, grow a book of business, and make serious money doing it. At RCI, we handle everything from:- Commercial Flooring
- High-End Millwork
- Architectural Metals
- Gates & Fencing
- Decking & Exterior Finishes
- Specialty Finish Trades If you can estimate, sell, manage projects, and keep clients happy — this role was built for you.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Preparing competitive flooring estimates & takeoffs
- Reviewing plans, specs, and bid packages
- Building relationships with General Contractors & clients
- Managing awarded projects from kickoff to closeout
- Coordinating vendors, materials, labor, and schedules
- Driving sales and identifying new project opportunities
- Managing change orders, budgets, and project profitability
- Delivering top-tier customer service throughout every project
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Commercial flooring estimating experience
- Project management experience
- Strong sales & relationship-building skills
- Customer service mindset
- Ability to read plans/specifications
- Organized, hungry, and self-motivated personality
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once Existing GC relationships are a huge plus
