This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company with 30+ years of success, a dominant presence in the commercial plumbing market, and continued growth across fast-paced commercial construction projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Plumbing Estimator position include: 5+ years of estimating experience preferred, with commercial plumbing experience strongly preferred. Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, proposals, and related project documents. Quantify project components and prepare time, cost, and labor estimates. Maintain take-off spreadsheets, material descriptions, quantities, project summaries, and estimate backup documentation. Identify constructability issues during the estimating process. Solicit subcontractor and supplier pricing. Work independently and within a team while prioritizing deadlines and maintaining quality. Must have Trimble or Quick Pen experience, with Excel, Word, and Bluebeam experience a plus.

Salary :

$75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
