What You Will Be Doing

• Prepare, Review and Present Estimates for Projects
• Perform Cost Analysis on Projects
• Produce budgets from conceptual and schematic design phases that align with the organizations goals and strategy
• Lead a team of EstimatorsWhat You Need for this Position
• 5+ years of Estimating Experience
• Public works, heavy civil, grading and paving focus preferred
• Experience with budget analysis, bidding, estimating, and lead all aspects of preconstruction phase
• Experience working with Civil Construction, Industrial Construction, and/or ground-up construction projectsNice to Have
