This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with leadership skills, ensuring accurate project estimates, effective cost control, and seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of construction estimating, project management, and client negotiations. Duties Prepare detailed project estimates using takeoff software, incorporating material costs, labor, equipment, and subcontractor quotes. Manage the project, from initial bid to handoff to production, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule. Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to negotiate contracts and pricing that align with project goals. Monitor project costs continuously, implementing cost control measures to maximize profitability. Coordinate with the construction management team to develop realistic timelines and resource plans. Review contracts, change orders, and scope modifications to prevent scope creep and ensure clear communication. Skills Proficiency in construction estimating software such as Stackt, Bluebeam, Square etc. Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing and contract terms. Extensive knowledge of construction processes, site management, and contract administration. Proven ability in cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis for projects of varying complexity. Construction site experience coupled with construction management expertise. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
